Before you give me funny looks about the Mini toy (it's a car), there really wasn't much choice. I think I'll give it to my tutoree's little brother, who's three and loves cars.

I'm going to slowly acquire the discography for my birthday. It is a bit ridiculous, but it's my birthday present to myself. (I'm not a retail slave and an erudite tutor/babysitter for nothing.) I hope to have all the albums in my grubby little hands by the first week of May, and then the singles I'll probably just order in a batch for the week before my birthday. Well--the ones that are still in print, I guess.
